My Bloody Valentine 2011 Recap, Pictures and Thanks!

Thanks to everyone that came out to our 8th Annual 'My Bloody Valentine is Shameless' party last weekend. We had a blast and it looked like many of you did too! Chris Van Wick was kind enough to take some pictures during the event. Click here to view them all.

A lot of time and energy went into this party and in turn there are many people to thank. First off, a huge thanks to Billy and the FRED Wildlife Refuge for taking a risk on us. It was the first event of it's kind there and we were honored to be a part of it. Second, lots of love to all of our DJs and performers. Everyone brought their A game! That goes for Looptid too, who impressed many with his giant projections on both walls. Special thanks goes out to Jess, Tasha, Cara and the rest of the decorating crew, Joe McLean for setting up the lights/space shaping, SEAF, 4Horseman (for not just performing, but for making jello shots and holding it down at coat check), Starborne Sound, Castle Sex Shop for donations, Sugarcomb Salon and Alisha who worked the Beautification/Gorification Station, ProBooth for the photography booth and all of our amazing volunteers that helped promote, set-up/break down and worked various positions throughout the party. With everyone's support we were able to make some cash for LLAA, celebrate our anniversary with our family/friends and kept the 'My Bloody Valentine is Shameless' tradition alive for 8 years running. Thank-you again for not just coming, but for participating! We hope to see you at some of our upcoming events.

Saturday February 26th - We welcome back The Shameless Social to the Electric Tea Garden (ETG). This fun filled monthly event returns after a brief intro last year at ETG and will be kicked off with a highly anticipated live appearance by !K7/Warp artist Jimmy Edgar. Come early and connect with your Shameless friends and then dance the night away at one of Capitol Hills most intimate venues. With support from Bubblin's Lincolnup (PDX), DJ dAb and Shameless DJs Levi Clark and Joe Bellingham.

Monday March 21st - The long anticipated Night Slugs tour is finally coming to Seattle! Shameless will be teaming up with Decibel and Car Crash Set to present Bok Bok, Girl Unit, Kingdom and Ceeda at Chop Suey.
